The Museum’s gift shop, appropriately named “The Station”, is a treasure trove for marine and rail enthusiasts.

From the cute little Teddy Bear wearing a Chi-Cheemaun T-shirt to the beautifully designed pewter letter openers and clocks, we have something that will attract your attention. Conductor Hats are available in infant, youth and adult sizes.  We also have infant and children's sets with a bandana, rail hat and cup.  These are in pink and blue.... way too cute!

A post card featuring the Lighthouses of the Georgian Bay area is a great way to send messages to your friends and relatives.

Books

Enjoy reading your choice of any of our books. A few of the selections we have in stock are In Their Own Words by Melba Croft, Hindman Tranportation by Skip Gillham, The Frances Smith by Scott Cameron, and Lakeshore Landmarks. 

To compliment our new exhibit "Shipwrecks of Georgian Bay" we have in stock the Book and DVD Combination of "Ghosts of Georgian Bay", "Mysterious Islands" and "Alone in the Night".  You can also purchase the DVD and Book separately.  

"A Great Lakes Treasury of Old Postcards" by Lorenzo Marcolin is a superb collection of post cards depicting Great Lakes scenes, including Owen Sound, printed on high gloss paper.  A great coffee table book!

We also carry "Narrow Gauge Through the Bush".  This book by Rod Clarke chronicles Ontario's Toronto Grey & Bruce and Toronto & Nipissing Railways.

To compliment our new "Ridin' the Rails" exhibit we have a set of booklets that chronicle the memories of local residents that remember when train travel originated at our Museum.  The booklets sell for $2 each.  If you purchase a set of 6, you will get them for $10.00.
